Pros and cons of using a VPN

( This Question Is Asked By Many Peoples Also) The benefit of using a secure VPN is it ensures the appropriate level of security to the connected systems when the underlying network infrastructure alone cannot provide it. The justification for using VPN access instead of a private network usually boils down to cost and feasibility: It is either not feasible to have a private network — e.g., for a traveling sales rep — or it is too costly to do so. VPN performance can be affected by a variety of factors, among them the speed of users’ internet connections, the types of protocols an internet service provider may use and the type of encryption the VPN uses. Performance can also be affected by poor quality of service and conditions that are outside the control of IT.    VPN protocols  There are several different protocols used to secure and encrypt users and corporate data: IP security (IPsec) Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) Point-To-Point

How does the biometric fingerprint scanner work?

A  Biometric finger print scanner  consists of mainly 4 parts. A DSP IC. Microcontroller. Fingerprint scanner module. LCD. DSP  stands for Digital Signal Processing. It is an IC which process or analyze the digital signals with a very accurate and efficient way. Microcontroller  behaves as the controlling unit of the whole system. Normally ARM ICs are use for this purpose. Fingerprint module  to take the fingerprint of finger as an input. And finally,  LCD  to display the relevant output or results. When we put our finger in the module it takes the pictures of it. Then it convert the picture to a digital signal with the help of DSP IC. To say in a line, it forms a matrix in which the coordinates along with pixel and color dots are recorded. Then it send the digital data to Microcontroller to varify the match of the previously stored authorized person's fingerprint. If it gets matched then the person is moved to next level and if not then it does not permit the person to go
